Description
CNC605+ is a cleaning and testing equipment suitable for piezoelectric (140V), GDI (65V/12V) and conventional fuel injectors. It uses ultrasonic cleaning technology combined with microprocessor oil pressure control technology to simulate various engine working conditions and clean and test automobile fuel injectors.
Features:
- Support the cleaning and testing of all types of injectors (PIEZO, GDI, conventional injectors) under safe oil pressure.
- Utilises ultrasonic intensive cleaning technology to thoroughly remove carbon deposits and filter screen residues from the fuel injectors;
- Utilises microcomputer automatic control technology for automatic control of the cleaning and testing process, and real-time monitoring of the key performance of the fuel injectors;
- Equipped with various non-dismantle cleaning connectors, capable of non-dismantle cleaning and maintenance for multiple vehicle models;
- Through simulating engine operating conditions, comprehensively tests various aspects of the fuel injector’s performance
- Equipped with a 7-inch color screen, the display is more intuitive and the operation is more convenient
- Optional side-feed injector kit available
