It has come to our attention that certain companies have been using the names "LAUNCH AUSTRALIA" or "LAUNCH TECH AUSTRALIA" — or similar variations — in an attempt to mislead customers and misrepresent themselves as being affiliated with our organisation.
We would like to clarify that Launch Tech Au Pty Ltd is the owner of the registered trademarks “LAUNCH”and “LAUNCHTECH”, as well as the official business names “LAUNCH TECH AUSTRALIA” and “LAUNCH AUSTRALIA & NZ”, which have been registered and actively used in Australia for over 20 years.
We have not authorised any other company to use these business names or to represent themselves as associated with our company.
If you believe you have been misled by any company using these or similar names, we urge you to:
· Contact us directly.
· Report the incident to the relevant online platforms or directories displaying the misleading information.
· File a complaint with your state’s Fair Trading Department.
