2012 BT-50 Key programming

Obtain all keys to be programmed.
1.Using programmed key 1, proceed as follows :
Insert key into ignition switch for at least 1 second.
Remove key.
Repeat following procedure 5 times : Insert key into ignition switch for a maximum of 1 second, then remove it.
Ensure immobilizer waning lamp illuminates on last insert.
Remove key.
2. Using programmed key 2, proceed as follows :
Turn ignition switch ON.
Ensure immobilizer warning lamp remains illuminated for approx. 2 seconds.
Switch ignition OFF.
Remove key.
3. Using new key proceed as follows :
Turn ignition switch ON.
Ensure immobilizer warning lamp remains illuminated for approx. 2 seconds.
Switch ignition OFF.
Remove key.

If required repeat procedure to program additional keys.
To exit programming mode : Wait 30 seconds.

Note : A maximum of 8 keys can be programmed. Keys can also be programmed using diagnostic equipment.
